Our new Management

We are pleased to introduce our new management team: Dr. Ingo Dietz von Bayer and Florian Kratzer joined the board on January 1, 2026. Founder Martin Uhlmann remains with Uhlmann & Zacher.

After more than three decades, Dr. Marc Zacher retired last December. In 1990, Marc and Martin laid the foundation for Uhlmann & Zacher together. They built the company with technical precision, entrepreneurial courage, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. What began as a small venture has become a company with a strong reputation throughout Europe.

The tasks within the management are clearly divided: Dr. Ingo Dietz von Bayer is responsible for the Operations division, Martin Uhlmann focuses on Sales and Innovations, while Florian Kratzer is responsible for General Administration.

The entire Uhlmann & Zacher team wishes the new management team every success and Marc Zacher all the best for a new and fulfilling chapter in his life.
