We attach great importance to optimizing our supply chains and strategic supplier management. Recognizing, evaluating and selecting the right suppliers are important approaches to success for us. Our purchasing is internationally oriented. Regardless of whether you are a new partner or have already been at our side for many years – we look forward to a successful collaboration in the future!
Supplier Selection
We select suppliers based on clear criteria. For this we use the following instruments:
Supplier presentation & self-disclosure
As a first step, we would be happy to hear from you. Please send us your data as well as company presentations and self-disclosure so that we can get an idea of you. After checking the documents, we will contact you. Please ensure that your documents are complete.
Supplier visit / qualification
Supplier visits are an important part of our qualification process. Initial samples are subjected to the necessary quality tests. If the outcome is positive, approval is granted.
Supplier audits
People have a right to voluntary, safe and appropriately paid work that respects and protects human rights. Suppliers do not allow the employment of children under the minimum age for employment in the respective country or of school age (usually 15 years or 14 years in some countries). Approved training programs are encouraged. Forced labor or any kind of involuntary labor is prohibited. Employees can freely decide to part ways with the supplier and their personal identification documents may not be retained.
We control and monitor this with unannounced supplier visits and audits!
